| | Why is there not much progress in the copyright case of Osho Friends International against Osho Foundation International New York?
There's turmoil all around in the sannyas world nowadays, OFI's lawyers are threatening website owners with court cases. There's the case of the oshobuddha website. The last website which had to take all osho quotes out of its pages is sannyas world. It's a large portal but even small blogs run a risk of being closed. It seems OFI is not always reasonable.
If OFI is the real owner of the copyrights then let it be decided once and for all that they have a right to act as they do, and have the matter and restlessness and conflict in the sannyas movement settled.
I see that in the "updates" section there's only updates until 2002.
We are 2008 by now.
If the copyright case is so very clear cut why does it have to take so long and why is there no movement at this Osho Friends International website?

| | Reading and watching the pages that you have issued and the comments that are reporting on the commune osho ... I say "commune" because it met the commune, not the resort of meditation, Meditè in the "samadhi", I made the White Robe Meditation every day that I was there. Take sannyas the 19 -01-01 got the name of sannyas: "Ma deva Radhika" ... Reintroduced to be inside that place where the energy of Master is still breathing in January 2002 AND THOUSANDS OF VIVENCIAS THAT NOBODY IN MAY BREAK MY because they are part of my life in the vision of osho
Nobody destroy the vision of osho and less what to leave their sannyasins.

Thanks for informing me about this terrible things happening, it hurts my heart!
I was for few months in Pune this year and on one side i enjoyed very much the meditations, the Samadhi and meeting friends. So much love!
On other side i was shoked seeing that:
I could not buy any Osho photo in the Resort??
I saw that so called social meditations(it makes me laughing, because a meditator knows that social and meditation have nothing to do one with the other, i think) from Veresh every day.
I wonder if the Resort represent Osho or Veeresh?
I heard from Osho that meditations can be created only by an enlightened master, after his enlightement he is sharing what helped him with others trough a tecnique. The tecnique most be done the way are created because or can be even dangerous. Now how can i trust to do something created by Veeresh. Is he enlightened? I'm not searching a Master. Osho is my Master and there are many tecniques from Him i like.
What can be done to save HIS WORDS?

I dont want to stop myself just with worrying. I want to participate in action that aims to restore the true OSHO Experience. | | Im delighted to find the family again .I grew up with Osho as my parents teachers and reveled in the adventure and experience that brought!I took sanyas as a child and made sure those adults kept loving and laughing.The kids of other parents involved were the most amazing!I have copies of many books and audio too and I make the most of them.Fresh as apples!I was 5 when I moved to the centre in south australia in about 1977 and today I read about the adults experience and wish I could be involved again.Is there anything in Australia to reconnect me to the people of that era?Thanks Elf or as named by Osho, Deepti |

Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh is the only author [apart from Mahatma Gandhi] whose entire work is placed in the central library of Indian Parliament. So the threat of his legacy being tempered with is reduced to a great extent. However Osho Friends International should lobby with the Government of India to declare the Pune Ashram as a National Treasure and liberate it from the clutches of a handful of foreigners. These foreigners could not save Bhagwan Rajneesh from being persecuted by the US Government and now they are smuggling his memorabilia to the same US. Friends of Osho should also campaign for a Bharat Ratna for our beloved Master. He is one of the greatest sons of India and if he had not been advised to go to the US, he would still have been around physically with us.
